It was a good trip; excellent for refreshing your skills and just enjoying diving.  Good food and good company.  The staff is 5 star, the overall rating of 4 stars is simply due the lake itself is always a bit murky and it is just a lake...limited wildlife and not too scenic.  The lake management has add some interesting thing to find and explore.

Mammoth Lake - Open Dive Weekends 2026

Was a good trip. The accommodations were good as usual and the food was delicious. The dive shop did a great job of accommodating the group and guiding us. Thankfully the group clicked and everyone got along and had a great time. For a short dive trip, this was well done and would do again. Thanks Ascuba! 

Cozumel April 2026

This trip to Cozumel was amazing. Casa Del Mar resort was not the fanciest, but it was very nice and clean, the staff was wonderful and the food was amazing. This was my first scuba trip. I learned a lot and had a fantastic time with some great people!  I will definitely be going again!!

Going out to the offshore oil rigs is just a short drive from home. Visibility can be as high at 100 feet on some days. These trips are all day events, and we will have 2 dives while we are out. We meet at "Bluff Landing Marina" in Flour Bluff early in the morning to head out at first light and get back in the mid/late afternoon. &nbsp;4242 Laguna Shores Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78418&nbsp;&nbsp; We are requiring participants to have a minimum of 20 dives to participate in this trip, due to possible high current conditions at the site. Mammoth Lake - Open Dive Weekend

Join us for Ascuba Ventures annual underwater pumpkin carving contest! Come and join the fun and be ready for a challenge! we will be meeting at the Ascuba Venture pool at 1pm for the pumpkin carving. Come do your worst! Registration fee is $25 for advance registration or $30 on the day of the event. Carving will end at 3pm with judging immediately following to determine the grand prize winner! Not Dive certified? Register for a FREE try-scuba (Mouthpiece not included) to come participate! (IMPORTANT - Non-Certified divers must pre-register in advance in order to attend, no same-day registrations will be permitted for non-certified divers!)NEED TO KNOW - WHAT TO BRING: A pumpkin of course, (No cuts allowed)Tools to carve it with (And Extras if you lose them!)
